Had this custom made for my wife in 12 gauge for her VCH, quality of metal and pearls is obviously very high as she has very sensitive skin, and was having bad reactions to the surgical steel barbell she had previously. Upon changing to this piece, she healed virtually instantly. Not only has it helped her maintain her health down there, but it is beautiful!
