We combine this coffee with the Sumatra medium-dark roast and it is absolute perfection! I got the idea after visiting The Greenhouse in Kohler, Wisconsin as Weeden Creek is who supplies their coffee. We can't get enough! The delivery being super quick is a huge plus because this girl needs her coffee.
