I think this Enfold Card Wallet is my 13th or 14th Craft and Lore purchase, key chains to belts to wallets to a bag for my wife, although the purchases were all different and unique in their own way, one thing has stayed the same over the years I’ve been a customer, and that is quality and their dedication to customer service. In the leather goods game, it seems to me that there are a lot of high quality makers and shops and the difference mainly comes down to personal preference in wallet or product design as well as the quality of customer service. I had a custom order that had a very minor issue due to my own mistake (during Black Friday Weekend, no less). I reached out to C&L and to correct the issue required a few back and forths. Each time, I had a reply within hours, the issue was clarified, and I had my correct wallet within literally two days of reaching out. The speed and responsiveness was absolutely astounding. Oh, and my Nat. CXL Enfold Card Wallet with teal thread is an ABSOLUTE gem. No one can top C&L's hand stitching, in particular. No one.
