Best heating patches I have found

I love these heat patches. I purchase multiple cases for winter. For years, I used another brand of heat patches but, after an apparent change to the product resulting in a burning sensation within minutes (and the change in their shipping method resulting in crushed boxes), I had no choice but to look for another heat patch. SunnyBay was the best patch I could find. The heat patches for back pain keep me comfortably warm. I position them on my shoulders (on top of clothing) to relieve muscle tension and lingering pain from a frozen shoulder. The instructions recommend removing the patch periodically to avoid an excessive buildup of heat, but this was only a problem for me when I placed heat patches on both shoulders –– meaning I used two patches at once. Eventually, there was a buildup of excessive heat –– no burning –– but even my head felt too warm and it took quite awhile to subside. Now, I limit myself to one patch at a time. : )
