Moisturizing but Has Waxy Texture
Based on the clean, smooth texture of AB lotions and positive reviews of this lip balm I had high hopes but am finding it has a waxy, almost rough feel upon application. However, it is moisturizing as promised, and is proving a good lip protector this upstate NY winter.
