Disappointed with my last purchase

I love those bonbons but was disappointed with my last purchase for Mother’s Day. I ordered the box online and picked it up at the store as usual. I bought the 16 pieces box multiple times (as well as the other sizes) and have always been very happy with it. This time, I didn’t receive a variety pack but a lot duplicates. And of course most of the missing ones were my favorites.

I was a bit disappointed with the bonbons. They looked scratched up and old, with the color slightly faded. Also, there were multiple duplicates rather than the full range of flavors.
