Correct Parts, Helpful Video

After seeing your YouTube video demonstrating how to fix an issue with my Water Boss 700, I ordered the parts. They arrived quickly and were exactly what I needed. Having the video helped me with an otherwise scary DIY fix, and saved me the charges from a plumber or the expense of just buying a new softener. Nice experience but wasted money

Buying the part was easy and delivered quickly. Unfortunately after installing the part I found another leak that couldn’t be repaired. So I wasted the money on this part and bought a different brand of water softener. I do recommend this site as they were nice to work with.
