In trying to figure out why my softener was underperforming and its brine tank always had excess water in it, I found your website and its advice/tutorials. The brine mixing valve was your first site's first suggestion and it proved to be the right one. Thanks for good advice and the helpful videos. Your replacement valve solved our problem.
