Macbook Case - Single Photo

Worst company

The case is fine. It’s a MacBook case. Photo was ok. Black was very streaky. Not the best quality. The customer service was atrocious. Sent two emails about where my delivery was and no reply. Threatened ACCC and straight away replied. Tracking number they gave was not for any of the three providers in the email. Not Australia Post. Not couriers please. Not fast track. It was with a company called Imile which I had never heard of. Said it was out for delivery at 7.30am Saturday morning. Waited home all day but wasn’t delivered till 4.30pm Sunday afternoon. Going with another company next time and if I were you, I’d do the same.
