great case but horrible shipping time

The case is beautiful and customized but the website does not tell you the item is coming from Australia. I purchased 2 day shipping thinking it would arrive before I left for a trip but it did not arrive for three weeks from my order date.super annoyed bc I had to buy something to hold me over. Customer service is terrible - impossible to get in touch with someone.

Never received it. Where is it???
