It would've been higher but taking price into consideration, I think 1 to 2 stars is just fine. It's not bad, but it doesn't feel worth the price. There's only two settings and there's no in-between. It's either extremely strong (not in a good way) or slightly extremely strong - if that makes sense. You also aren't given a proper way to store it, so you'll need to be mindful and hope you have your own storage with it. The price seems like a bit much for something that only has two settings, runs on batteries, and doesn't come with anything to store it (even if it were just a plastic bag or something).
