I stay natural and wanted a product that was safe and natural . I’m 65 yrs old and work out 5x a week. After 1 bottle of this product I gained about 4 lbs. of muscle , my strength increased , energy level increased , just an overall better feeling . I will try my 2nd order . This stuff works for me .
