Rusting after a few days contact with water

Overall the structure and look was nice when received. I went ahead and assembled everything, cleaned with water and let air dry. IN about 2-3 days rusting started in areas near the weld plates. This should be stainless and I have not seen those materials react this way in any of my other equipment. This may be low quality or potentially compromised with the grinding done on the part during manufacturing. Overall I am very happy with my full new brewery purchase from Spike, but this part did not have the same quality.
