Excellent customer service

I contacted the company about an exchange as I did not think my friend (whom this was a gift for) would love the scent. I was responded to quickly and with options which was more than I could hope for. My friend did end up liking the scent (must be because its tailored to her!) so no exchange required, but I was very impressed at the customer service! Beautiful product too.
