The February Ninth Candle

I paid for two-day rush delivery to my gift recipient, and this was sent to me instead. Not happy about this. I contacted the company as soon sad I saw their email showing that, and they told me that I'm was already in progress and cannot be changed. What?!!! Crazy... they say to reply if any info is incorrect, and then say they can't do anything about shipping to ME rather to my specified birthday recipient. THEN, they tell me that I can REFUSE DELIVERY and the candle will be sent back, and then I can reorder save have it sent again to Helen/my sister. I planned to do just that, BUT, I find the box laying so my doorstep so I was never given the chance to refuse delivery and have returned as stated by this company. I like the product, but an very annoyed with their customer "service"--non-existent customer service, and incorrect delivery address. BEWARE if you order anything from then as a gift because it could show up at YOUR doorstep!
