It came on time, I plugged it in and it worked. I was able to download A/V media using an ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi, then listen to it using my headphones while charging my iPad Pro. It seems to be the answer to all my interconnection problems.

I was having trouble finding USB-C hub that would be compatible with my Macbook Pro laptop with M1 chip. I've been searching for a while and I tried a couple that didn't work. This adapter has met all my needs. I was concerned with some of the reviews that indicated this adapter ran hot when in use. I had one by another manufacturer that immediately became hot during use and I had to send it back. This one seemed a bit warm in the beginning and I was concerned that it would become hot, but so far it has performed well and the warm touch is not a concern. I love the number of ports available and the quality seems solid. It was also recommended by the office supply store that I called when I was having mega issues finding the right adapter in the beginning.
