WELCOME TO THE 21ST CENTURY

This is my first purchase of this type of mug and I love it! It keeps my coffee nice and hot so I can enjoy it for much longer than my old ceramic mug. I had a bit of trouble getting the lid off and they sent me a new lid that works much better. Customer service was little slow but came through as expected. Will definitely be buying again.
