Great customer service
I ordered some prescription perfomance sunglasses through the Liberty Sports website. I had questions about which type of lens might work best with my prescription so I contacted them via an email. I got a prompt reply and answer to my question. My order did have some issues but those were quickly addressed and resolved. I am very happy with the glasses and the great customer service!

Excellent Experience
The customer service was very helpful, especially since I had to return my first pair and re-order them again (my fault not theirs). They were very understanding and got the replacement pair to me very quickly. I will be using them again.

Liberty Sport Rally
Actually left feedback re: this order. I preferred the Proton, but I did not see it on website when ordering. RecSpecs called me about feedback, offered exchange, and now I'm getting exactly what I wanted. Superior service in every way. You might pay a few dollars more but for this level of service it is worth it.
