Over the top service
I lost the magnets from the frame which holds the eye protection fome pads in the frame. The Co. Replaced the frame for a nominal fee even though the frames were over 5 years old. They even called after my e-mail to verify the problem and suggested the correct answer.

Great Customer Service!
Somehow received two sets of the same glasses when I ordered one pair and one sunglasses. They were super quick to fix the problem and get me the sunglasses right away.
