You sent me a meilong 5x5 instead of a meilong 4x4, I would like if I could shop the 5x5 back to you and you give me the 4x4

Popped and i can't fix it
I bought this for my son as a Christmas gift, along with the rs3m 2021. The rs3m 2021 is fine, but when I got this cube and I did a few turns, it exploded. I can't fix it because it's non magnetic.
