Be Still Farms wheat berries have been fantastic for fresh milling and bread making. The grains are very clean, fresh, and grind smoothly into high-quality flour. My homemade bread has noticeably improved in flavor and texture since using them. You can tell they take pride in their product. Highly recommend to anyone milling their own flour or baking from scratch.

I ground this up to make flour for my sour dough biscuits. I used the vitamix dry blender and substituted the spelt flour for the wheat. Turned out great. Good quality and good company to work with. Nice to be hopefully eating a bit healther.
