Great Taste

I live buckwheat but could not find the toasted kind anywhere in the stores. After a lot of searching online, I found Be Still Farms. I bought a one pound bag of toasted buckwheat. My family and I loved it so much that I have recently purchased 2, five pound bags. I love the freshness of this product, and of course, the taste is great. I use it in place of rice and regularly have it for breakfast instead of oatmeal. It's low glycemic, so very healthy.

I was pleasantly surprised at how great this was. I've eaten a lot of buckwheat from many different places. This was very good quality and very delicious. My only caution would be the preparation instructions...following those will get you with mush, instead of the separate rice-like grains that you want as the end result. But overall, love the product. Will definitely buy again. Thanks!
