This was my second time ordering this balloon arch kit. I really like how easy it is to assemble, however, I was disappointed this time because two of my balloons had small holes in them and I was unable to use them. It didn’t seem to mess the presentation up, but it was something I wasn’t expecting.

Unfortunately part of the package was melted and some of the balloons were ruined. Three balloons popped while we made the arch and it would have been nice to have printed directions instead of getting on a phone and scanning the QR code.
