I have no problem with the items, however, it took two months for them to ship with absolutely no response to multiple emails inquiring about my order status. They only processed my order after I opened a PayPal case. Even if you’re swamped with orders, you have to make time for customer support.

Paracord buddies are amazing. My son loves them. But shame how long they take to arrive. Ordered for my sons birthday. But arrived two weeks. Took approx one month to arrive
