Poor service

I am pleased with the item purchased (cool bag), but I am unlikely to shop with the Greenfield Collection. I sent them two emails (the only way available to contact them) about the website not working properly and that the delivery address was not right on the order. They did not have a courtesy to reply to either of these.

Arrived in good time. Packaging very good. The appearance is very smart, would fit in at any occasion. Folds up very efficiently. Unfortunately very disappointed with the cooling ability. I put 2 large size ice packs in the bag and sealed it at 11.30 hrs Put shopping into bag 12.30 16.00 hrs opened the bag and the ice packs had semi melted. (they were sloshing internally) The shopping wasn’t particularly cold as it had been chilled before putting in the bag. So… Greenfield service was very good. Bag appearance very nice. Usability very good. Cooling very disappointed for the cost of the bag.
