This is one of my favorite protein drinks. Cannot eat ice cream and cookies and cream was my favorite flavor. This is the closest to that ice cream I have found. I mix it in my Ninja blender with lots of ice. It is working because I am still maintaining my weight since 2005 RNY bypass. This is the only brand of protein powders I have stayed with for 15+ years.
