Jeep JL, JT, & Gladiator CB Antenna Fender Mount (2018+)

I use the mount for ham radio, and I had to drill out the antenna mount hole to ⅝ inch to accommodate a UHF style mount. I suggest you offer a mount with a ⅝ hole for ham use. That being said, it replaced a mount by another seller which did not provide a good ground, resulting in a very high SWR and damage to the RG-174 cable. This mount connects to solid metal that is connected to the frame and provides an excellent ground.

Gladiator ant mount

This mount worked out great attached it to my pillar light bracket and my 4ft fire stick. You will have to install a couple of heavy duty tin plated copper braided ground wires use copper lugs 1 on the ground buss bar next to battery and 1 on screw on other fender . My swr is now 1.1 after adjusting my ant. I’m using a Stryker 955 plus, killer setup 👍

Simple and Easy
