Got the chance to visit with John and Karen on my annual fishing trip. What a great experience. It is obvious they love what they do and what they do is make a great product. It was nice to know that John is the favorite child too!!!! Thanks guys for a great ending to our trip. CYA next year.

Ahhhhh the Sublime of Maple Candy

I am not really a sweets person. I prefer the savory. My husband, well... he can polish off a box of Carmen Brook Farm's Maple Candy in minutes if given half the chance. I, on the other hand, have a candy when I really want something sweet or when I want sugar prior to a workout (cycling/swimming). This candy is really the perfect blend of smooth and sweet and yummy. I love the taste, just like maple syrup and the consistency, smooth and not mushy or grainy. Highly recommend giving it a try. If you like maple candy, you will love this one. For me, the 1 pound boxes are the best way to buy Carman Brook Farm's delicious maple sugar candies. For Easter, I divide the box up into small gift bags for my grandchildren. To top it off, the folks at Carman Brook Farm are wonderful to deal with.
