Love my new hoodie

I absolutely love my new cactus hoodie! It is super comfy and light weight, perfect for the Spring time chilly mornings or the Summer time chilly nights by a fire. I immediately received it and orders a couple more, but for the 2nd order I ordered them a size up which I shouldn’t have and should have stuck with the original size I ordered for the cactus one. However, customer service is fantastic since I emailed them right away and they walked me through how to go about the exchange. I have a issue printing the return shipping label and told them about it and they just emailed it to me right away. I live in RI so it only took less then 24 hours for them to get back to me. A couple of emails I caught right away from them and replied back and they got right back to me. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and the customer service and will definitely will be ordering more very soon.
