Shorter tracks but more money

The tracks were so much shorter than usual. I can usually use 3 bundles but there was no way what they sent would cover my head. I was able to compare it to older tracks that I WAS FORCED to use because the bundles they sent ran out a little over halfway. I was extremely disappointed. I emailed about it and have yet to get a response. The quality of the hair is great but paying $500 and receiving less than what I used to get absolutely unacceptable.
