Dark Champagne Truffles

Second time ordering a few boxes within the month and both times the truffles were not showing the usual softness and freshness! A real shame since those are usually the best champagne truffles second to none. Being from Switzerland i have been buying and enjoying them for 30 years but shipping them to the US just doesnt seem to work with freshness guarantees, would not buy them again and will wait until I’m back in Zurich

A few of the truffles were melted. The one ice pack that was in the package was completely melted. For $20 shipping, i would expect no melting.
