My First time ordering with Welldunn

It took forever for me to get my jewels. 15 business days in total which was the longest I’ve waited ever. I was surprised because they ship through Canada Post so I’d thought I would received my order within a few days but I understand it may have been longer due to COVID. However, I was disappointed in not having a tracking number. So I kept wondering if my package was lost. They do offer to pay for a tracking number but since my shipment was free after spending a certain amount, I didn’t have the option to get a tracking number. Nevertheless, they were super responsive and have a great customer service which made my experience better and compensated for the things I mentioned above. About the jewels, they look fantastic even though I expected another finish. Also the bar of one of my earrings won’t stay straight as it was shown on the pictures. But overall I love my necklace/earrings set. Will be ordering again.
