PLATINUM #3776 Century Fountain Pen - Black

My best pen so far!

The Platinum 3776 with a fine nib has quickly become one of my favourite pens to use. On Midori and other high-quality papers, it glides beautifully while maintaining a precise, consistent line, a real pleasure for daily writing or journaling. In terms of writing feel, it offers a bit more feedback than a Pilot Custom 74, but much less than a Sailor Professional Gear, which tends to be more toothy. I’d call it a sweet spot for those who like a bit of tactile feedback without scratchiness. What truly stands out, though, is the Slip & Seal cap mechanism , the nib rarely dries out, even after sitting unused for days or weeks. That reliability makes it not just a joy to write with, but also incredibly practical.
