I'm so happy to say that i have found a brand of vitamin D3 that has actually brought my levels back up. After taking the store bought brand for 5 years, my vitamin D levels continued to be below normal range until i was introduced by a friend to seeking health.

Only liquid drops raise my levels

Only thing that raises my vitamin D levels are liquid drops. Like the option of having them in olive oil. Add a drop or what I currently need to a bite of my breakfast and am good!
