Shipping Tracking and Processing Could be Better

I ordered on 8/10/20, and on 8/17/20 I got an email that said part of my order was shipped. On 8/21/20 I checked their Shipment Tracking and it indicated that only a shipping label had been created. Then later that evening half of the order arrived, took 11 days, and the next day the other half arrived. Seems to me that there is a shipping system design issue that really needs to be redone. The automated tracking isn't working well, and the orders are not being processed until a week later apparently. Otherwise I like the selection of Fromm and Weruva/ BFF for my picky cat.
