Elle Necklace

I ordered sterling silver and recieved gold im very disappointed.

I wanted to love this company. Their marketing is great, and their items look super cute. Love the concept of what they're doing. However, my experience was less than steller. Poor communication & follow-through are my biggest complaints. The necklace is cute, though the engraving on the front isn't centered on the bar. It's more to the top, so the gaps at the top and bottom are uneven. I'm sure that's a minor detail to some, but to me, the details matter. So that's pretty disappointing. Anyway, custom pieces are final sale, so there's no returning it or getting a refund. So beware if you decide to order the solid 14k bar like I did.

Beautiful Necklace

I absolutely love my stunning Elle necklaces. My husband purchased one after the birth of each of our daughters with their stats and a personalized message. I wear them daily and always receive compliments. When my grabbing baby yanked a necklace off me. I reached out to customer service and the clasp was immediately replaced.
