This is the olive oil of all oils. It has the perfict balance between heat and taste. Its is a good substitute red pepper flakes. I used it on pizza, vegetable, salads. Replace this oil with everything you use in your dishes when you are looking for the right amount of heat and taste. It would not disappoint!!
