This is an excellent product with adjustable pad to suit anyone. Fit in the mouth comfortably and I can properly close my mouth when sleeping. Now I don't wake up with a sore jaw anymore.

The dental guards have definitely helped with my grinding (which, judging by the indentation marks was pretty light). I do feel them a little as I fall asleep, but then don’t notice them once I’m asleep. They have fallen out a couple of times without me realising it, so must’ve had my mouth wide open (snoring?)!

Flexible and comfortable

Easy to use, no moulding required. Also, lasts ages despite heavy grinding. Easy to clean.
