I love EXO bars

Everyone has a different preference for taste and for me, these bars are delicious. If you prefer bars that taste closer to a candy bar, you may prefer something else. Nutritionally speaking, these bars are only 160-170 calories with a nice profile of protein, carbs, and fat and only 2 grams of sugar. It's a "goldilocks" bar for me. I appreciate that they don't contain erythritol or sucralose, two common sweeteners that I have come under scrutiny for adverse health effects. I also really love that this is one of the few bars on the market containing acheta protein, a sustainable source of protein with a lot of benefits and an excellent amino acid profile.

Not bad for a cricket!

I liked these bars well enough. They were a bit dry, but the flavor was pretty good and I liked knowing I was getting a good clean source of protein to make up the gaps in my diet.
