A fine green tea
After trying several green teas this has proven to be the best. What has made it the winner for me is the smooth taste without any bitterness. Despite the brewing instructions on the pack I use boiling water when steeping the leaves in cold water for a minute or two; no bitterness and the tea, after brewing for 4 minutes, is at a good temperature.

Delicious and versatile
I have loved this tea for years and have it with almost all of my meals as it goes with everything! I have had the occasional bag that tastes a bit burnt but I suspect this is just how it goes with tea leaf variation.

A Chance Encounter
During a visit to Gassington in the Yorkshire Dales, we dropped into a cafe for a morning coffee and there on the counter, when I went to pay, was a packet of loose leaf green tea. As the only tea I drink is green, mainly in tea bags until then, I decided to buy a packet to try. What a difference! I'm now on my third 500grm box.
