Packaged damaged item

I just received this part in the mail last week. I did not realize that I was receiving a scratch and dent item. Is there anything that we can do about this? I emailed a picture of what I received, (no response). It was packaged well, and there were no paint flakes in the box, so I can only assume that this was damaged prior to being mailed to me. Ryan.

Product ok, packaging bad

Please inform your shipping department it should not be acceptable to put loose washers and nuts just in the box, especially when it has holes in the corner. I was missing a couple nuts and washers and had to go to hardware store to buy replacements.
