It's good. It's not as good as the blemish chaser 5, I think it's called, but it is certainly okay. I think this serum has less microbes in it (it's smoother) as well as less skin tightening agents. Compared to the blemish chaser 5, that makes my skin feel tight and I wake up and there's no more pimples. This one, I wake up and my skin is smooth but I can feel the acne.
