Good but

I worked with Alan to get the replacement motor. He ordered according to the model tag I sent him and I received it promptly. The problem was that Kasco put the wrong sticker on my fountain and I ended up with a 120v motor when I needed a 230v. Alan called the company and found out about the incorrect sticker and they sent me the correct motor. Overall a great experience with your company but had a minor set back with Kasco.
