My mistake
I had To order a new one because I made A bad choice and stuck a knife in the feeder to get something out. Don’t do that. Getting the replacement part was quick and easy. I finally Have a clear understanding. That if I chop The vegetables per the instructions nothing gets backed up. I love This juicer.
