This pillow has greatly reduced my neck and shoulder pain, allowed me to sleep so much better, and it has greatly reduced migraine onset in the night and early morning! I am so thankful for this water pillow. I used the least amount of water for the “soft” option and it is perfect. I highly recommend to anyone suffering with pain and sleeplessness caused by pain. I tried many different other pillows before this one.

For years, I have had issues with sleeping because of my neck issues. I was always waking several times a night to adjust my pillow and every morning I would have an aching and stiff neck, even at times with a headache. Through the years I have tried so many different pillows to help relieve my pain and none of them have helped. On one of my appointments with my chiropractor, I decided to ask him what kind of a pillow he slept on, it was a water pillow. So I decided to give one a try. Much to my surprise, I was so comfortable! The Mediflow water pillow offers a soft, medium or firm support. In the past, I already knew that a firm pillow was not to my liking, so to start, I decided to make the pillow a soft support knowing I could always add more water to make it medium support. I added the correct amount of water for a soft support and tried it that night. I stopped right there after feeling so great the next morning. It’s been several weeks now, my neck issues have resolved on the soft support and I’m still so very happy with my pillow!
