Dear Superglamourous, when I received the shoes I had ordered I saw that the size was wrong. I sent you an email and I followed your guidelines. However I had to pay by myself the DHL to sent you back the shoes. So I paid 147 € to send you back the shoes when I had paid 304€ to buy them! This thing disappointed me because you should protect your customers in such cases and because your cost as a company is minimal compared to a customer. In total I paid 451€ for a pair of shoes which had a value (after reduction due to Black Friday 304€). This is ridiculous. The quality of shoes is perfect .
