Beautiful shoe but with a noticeable flaw and poor customer service

This is my second purchase of SG shoes. They are incredibly beautiful, but on the toe of one shoe is a noticeable small flaw—a couple of bumps that break the smooth/glossy finish. I’d asked for guidance from SG about what to do, sharing pictures. I have not heard back. That’s unfortunate. In the end I’ve decided to keep the shoes — a gift for a friend — but only because with a busy schedule I didn’t make the short SG return window. If you order something from SG know that returns need to happen quickly and can be expensive if you live outside of Europe. That’s alright — SG explains that clearly, which I figured out myself after looking into all this. But with such a noticeable flaw I would have hoped to hear back from SG to figure out a plan forward. Or maybe since these are handmade a flaw like this is to be expected. Either way I won’t be coming back to SG anytime soon.

The best gift ever!

I purchased this shoes as an anniversary gift to my husband. It arrived just in 4 days to Turkey. Packaging was beyond amazing. My husband loved it sooo much he has been dreaming it for a while. Thank you so much!

Was a little reluctant to purchase form abroad as I am in uk , but they arrived swiftly within a week. Love the look and quality of the shoes I would highly recommend anyone who wants quality and style to go ahead and purchase
