This pasta is quick to cook, the flavor is excellent and the texture is fantastic... not heavy, not thick and sticky... just like regular fresh pasta. My husband and I LOVE this Gluten Free Fettuccini!

Best gluten free pasta to date

I am a pasta and bread girl, especially fresh pasta. About a month ago I went gluten free with my son when he was diagnosed with celiac disease and that started my search for a good gf pasta. This is better than most regular boxes pastas and super close to non gf fresh pasta. I even fooled my husband and brother in law who can’t stand anything gf. FINALLY appeased my pasta craving!
