Great structure and flavor

I have been wanting to make my mom’s tortellini salad recipe but with my food allergies I hadn’t been able to find a tortellini I could use. This fit the bill. I made my tortellini salad for my nephews birthday party and there were several others who are gluten free and most were not but my salad was the chef kiss of the food. Everyone was amazed about how good the tortellini was. I will be making it again and definitely placing another order.

WE love this pasta. It tastes like regular pasta but with cleaner ingredients. Please keep making this.

This is the best gluten free pasta I’ve found
