Nothing else even compares to how relieving this companies products has made transitioning to a gluten free diet!! My (non-gluten free) family all approves and even agrees, these fresh pastas are even better than regular store bought pastas by far! I also serve the linguine in my restaurant and have made many, many people HAPPY 😊!!

I have been GF for nearly 30 years, so when I say I have tried every single type and brand of pasta out there, it is not hyperbole. This has the texture and taste of my Nonna's handmade pasta. It is the only thing I pair with my Sunday meat sauce. And everyone goes crazy for it. No one knows it is GF until I tell them! Taste Republic is the best! The only grievance I have is that the packaging could be better. The long pasta is bent more than once, and so it can either get stuck together or break, and because it is so delicious, every strand is precious! LOL
